Voice of Stray Animals provides daily care for stray dogs and cats in Siem Reap, including feeding, rescue, medical treatment, and aftercare.
We currently care for 7 dogs and 26 cats rescued from abuse and neglect, offering them safety, daily nourishment, and ongoing medical care, including vaccinations and recovery support following veterinary treatment.
Beyond our direct care, we also feed stray dogs and cats at four pagodas every day, with two receiving additional night feeds, helping ensure no animal is left hungry or forgotten.
With only a small number of regular donors, meeting food and veterinary costs is an ongoing challenge. At present, Kong and her family contribute much of what they earn from their family-run restaurant to help cover these expenses.
Your donation helps provide food, medical care, and safety for animals who would otherwise face hunger, illness, and suffering. Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a meaningful difference..

What People Are Saying
“I first met Kong at one of the pagodas in Siem Reap during her morning feeding rounds. I was drawn to her work because of my love for cats, and I was deeply touched when she shared her story. A few days later, I found a very sick puppy and, as I was about to leave to go home in a few days, I was seeking advice. I came across Kong’s contact information and reached out and she was incredibly helpful. Not only did she offer guidance, but she also took in two puppies temporarily, including one that had just returned from the vet after being very sick, as it wasn’t safe for them at the pagoda. Her care, dedication, and compassion throughout the situation really showed me the kind of person she is. Someone truly committed to the welfare of animals.”
